Coordinator, Crisis Management & Emergency Response (Onshore/Offshore)


Responsibilities/Essential Functions of Job (2000 char. Max.)
• Participate in training, drills and exercises as designated by the CM&ER Manager.
• Represent CM&ER group in BU and regional meetings as designated by the CM&ER Manager.
• Complete and maintain the site specific tactical response procedures and other critical resource information related to emergency preparedness (i.e. emergency response equipment inventories, emergency team rosters, etc.)
• Participate in training as designated by the CM&ER Manager.
• Assist Site Line Management to ensure the periodic Emergency Drills and Exercises are scheduled and conducted, and all associated documents are kept appropriately.
• Assist Site Line Management to ensure the appropriateness of Site Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Room as well as the availability of Site Emergency Response Team (ERT).
• Assist Site Line Management in performing periodic/annual Emergency Risk Assessment Review on particular site, and document the review result accordingly.
• Be available for emergency response in whatever capacity designated by the CM&ER Manager (includes as Chief of Staff / ICS Specialist for the Jakarta IMT)
• Assist the CM&ER Manager as necessary to accomplish the goals of the department.

Qualification/Experience:
• Min. D3 preferably S-1, Engineering background
• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience.
• A formal knowledge, certification and/or experience in fire prevention and control will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage the work with minimum direction or supervision. High safety standard.
• Good communication skills are essential to communicate effectively throughout the business unit at all levels (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Has a good understanding, knowledge and practices on HSE standards and its implementation

Job description:
1. 100% understanding Agreements with Clients, Partners, and Subcontracters.
2. If / When Agreements are not fulfilled, prepare Letter reports and prepare The Disputes or Courts in the future.
3. Avoid Disbenefit by making clear the locus of responsibility for delay of construction.
4. Understand Quantities for constructions and Avoid Excessive charges from Partner or Subcons.
5. Evaluate Propriety (Reasonableness) of additional construction offer from Subcons. In case the additional construction is needed, to conduct assessment of the charge.
6. Follow instructions from Site Mgr or the Representative.

Requirements:
1. Experience in Power plant or the relevant Plant Construction (in any places).
2. S1/Bachelor Engineering degree in Mechanical / Electrical (Heavy Electric Machinery/Engine) - abroad or well-known local universities (UI/ITB/UNPAD/ITS, etc.)
3. Age: around 40 years old (late 30’s or early/mid 40’s).
4. Good Leadership & communication skills.
5. Willing to a 2 year Contract for this project.

Required Skills:

1. Good English (Reading/Writing, at the level that can negotiate in English)
2. PC literacy (Microsoft Office is Must)

Term: Start in December 2007 (up to 31 months): about 2 and a half years.
Report to: Japanese Project Mgr / Site Mgr
Working hour: Mon to Sat (7.00 to 18.00 x 6 days ), but Negotiable

Retail HSSE Manager (Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Managing continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) performance in Retail;
* Creating a clear agenda/plan for HSSE in Retail;
* Leading and coaching local staff on the requirements of good HSSE management;
* Delivery of Group/Down-Stream/Retail HSSE requirements at the country level (e.g. custodian of local HSSE Management System (HSSE MS), preparation of HSSE Business Assurance Letter, execution of Group Audits, Oil Products Management Information System, Performance Monitoring & Reporting requirements etc);
* Responsible for managing, including, planning and implementation of the various programs and initiatives in Retail included in the fields of Health, Safety, Security and Environment;
* Assist Retail management in developing HSSE performance indices (Key Performance Index, scorecards & other Performance Measures) and to monitor performance against target;
* Analyze Retail Incident Statistics for management reporting requirements and to properly identify Areas for Improvement. After having identified the Areas for Improvements (AFIs), formulate workable solutions (via assessment tools), in coordination with Supply & Distribution (S&D) leadership Team, to address the problem;
* Implement and maintain the HSSE MS, Permit to Work System and all HSSE standard and procedures of Retail.

Requirements:

* Must have a demonstrated passion for Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) and an ability to role model the expected behaviors;
* Proven ability to develop a plan and motivate and support a team to achieve it;
* Ability to coach and develop local HSSE competencies;
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in at least one function of the Retail business;
* Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University;
* Willing to travel within Indonesia & sometimes abroad;
* Excellent IT skills and fluent in English;
* Strong team member with excellent communications skills;
* Have good knowledge about HSSE MS Implementation, HSSE MS Audit, HSSE Leadership, Pro Active Intervention, Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard Analysis (HAZAN), Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) and Assessment Matrix, HSSE Competency, Tripod-Root Cause Investigation etc.;
* Have good skill to carry HSSE Audit and Investigation, Statistic data analysis, improving HSSE awareness and behaviour;
* Mature, proactive, honest, disciplined, quick follow up, outgoing, able to lead and transform a diverse workforce to deliver result;
* Have a proven track record in HSSE environment (Oil & Gas - preferable, industry, power, chemicals, engineering-construction).

We are urgently looking for a national or Expatriate "Marine Support Specialist" who will be located in our client, a large multinational Oil& gas company in Balikpapan.

Responsibilities :

1. Assist PJC project for all marine aspects
2. Vessel Inspection and follow up of the punch list clearance if needed
3. Liase with PJC, Production & safety Dept., to avoid delay and stand-by for all marine opeartions of DD's project. This includes review of Procedures (Anchor handling, barge moving and positioning etc)
4. Ensure that Marine Procedures Manual and Site Standing Instructions are complied with.
5. Act as Marine representative for anchor mooring and towing operations.
6. Assistance to other PJC Project within the COMPANY, at request.
7. Working Hours : office rotational basis with a back to back (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off or as per valid regulations)

Requirements :

1. Educational Background : Master Mariners, Marine Engineer or Barge Master
2. Should have at least 10 years experiences of upstream petroleum related offshore operations, such as rig moves, anchoring etc.
3. Command od offshore vessels or similar, tug etc would be a distinct advantage.
4. Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must.
