Sales and Marketing Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and execute sales plans
* Prepare profit and loss analysis for individual projects
* Identify market opportunities
* Review contracts
* Prepare Tenders and Quotations
* Attend Bid Openings and Customer morning meetings
* Entertain clients
* Prepare monthly and Quarterly sales reports
* Accurately forecast customer work schedules to identify upcoming projects
* Ensure bpmigas requirements / certification are current
* Monitor and supervise process flow from initial quotation to payment of final invoice.
* Ensure PO’s and Contracts are issued by customer in a timely manner
* Review DSO’s monthly and follow up on late payment
* Prepare monthly reports on market opportunities, quotations, tenders, outstanding PO’s, Contracts and DSO’s

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of work experience in oil and gas industry
* Existing customer network in Oil and Gas companies
* Proven history in Oil Field sales
* Understanding of BPMIGAS regulations and tender process
* Technical Aptitude
* Strong communicator in both English and Indonesian languages
* Self motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn new things
* College or University Degree
* Able to use Microsoft Office competently
* Reliable and trust worthy
* Attractive and tidy appearance
* Able to work overtime and occasional weekends
