Recruitment & Development Manager
Advises and coordinates in the implementation and formulation of recruitment. training and development policies, procedures, principles and administrative matters in accordance to Weatherford Corporate, Regional, District policies and Local laws and practices in a professional and cost effective manner.
Qualifications Required:
• Proficiency in recruitment & Selection, Training & Development HRMS/PEOPLESOFT.
• 5-10 years working experience in Human Resources functions
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline (MBA in any core HR Functions is preferred)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Able to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge on HR policies and practices
• In-depth knowledge of local governmental policy, regulations and labour laws
• Strong leadership, managerial, mentoring and counseling skills
• Responsible, organized and professional in handling confidential information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEFL score of at least 550)
• Detail oriented and results focused.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Controlled Pressure Drilling & Testing Business Unit Coordinator
Supervise and coordinate Controlled Pressure Drilling & Testing (CPDT) product & service line in accordance with Weatherford and Customer procedures. Act as principle technical assistant to the Business Unit Manager
Qualifications Required:
• Posses high organizational and People skills
• Possess good English written and communication skills
• Strong operational and technical skills in relation to relevant Weatherford products and services.
• Good customer and employee interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop staff to full potential.

Business Analyst
To perform operational business/ finance analysis duties under the supervision of the General Manager, and such supervision may also from the Financial Controller
Qualifications Required:
• Basic understanding of quality management principles.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi projects
• Good understanding of oil and gas services industry and the legal framework of Indonesia
• Broad base knowledge of operational functions
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees
• Good knowledge of relevant computer software, such as Excel and JDE/SAP
• Able to work under multinational working environment
• Good time management skill with attention to details.
• SOX 404 and ISO practical knowledge
• Can meet tight deadlines for reporting
• Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting with minimum 3 years working experience.
• Good learn-player
• Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing business environment
• Sound business acumen
