Import & Logistic Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)



Responsibilities:

* Role & Responsibilities:

o Responsible to handle the importation & logistics activities.
o Prepare & arrange the customs documents & handling the customs clearance processing relating for the importation of Duty paid, Temporary Admission, Master List (BKPM & Oil and Gas ).
o Ensure, monitor and track the plant / materials delivery form/ to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
o Prepare & arrange the master list BKPM / Oil & Gas.
o Handle the processing of import & export of personal effects of expatriate staff.
o Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree (S1) or D3 (Diploma) in any discipline of Economy / Management or other discipline, from a recognized university.


* Experience:

o Having 3-5 years experience as an import & logistic Superintendent in multi national company, preferably in engineering, mining and construction & oil and gas companies.
o Experience in managing the compliance of importation and tax procedures.
o Familiar with Custom EDI systems and the customs clearance processing.
o Experience and/or an understanding of custom rule and activities in throughout Indonesia.
o Familiar with the shipping and logistics.
o Familiar with the Master List BKPM & Oil and Gas.

* Preferable to have worked in world class international companies.
* Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
* Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
* Capability to achieve project schedule and working over time (if required).
* Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work.
* Has good initiative in developing new ideas.
