1. RESERVOIR ENGINEER
This position will be a member of the Exploration and Exploitation Dept. The successful applicant will provide technical reservoir engineering support to the Asset Team within a multi-discipline team setting.
The primary responsibilities of the positions include:
• Continue to review and refine estimates of Original Hydrocarbon In Place utilizing latest available well data.
• Participate in Multi-discipline team for well planning and design to support the approved Plan of Development.
• Construct & Maintain Full Field and Sector Models based on fine scaled geologic models.
• Update reserves annually.
• Work with the team to identify additional drilling and recompletion targets to optimize production.
Required qualifications:
• BSc in Petroleum Engineering, MSc is preferred
• 7 + years related working experience
• Competency in reservoir simulation and other relevant software
• Desire to develop and implement innovative ideas
2. DEVELOPMENT GEOSCIENTIST
This position will be a member of the Exploration and Exploitation Dept. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide geoscience related support to the Asset Team within a multi-discipline team setting.
The primary responsibilities of the positions include:
• Provide geological insights and geoscience modelling studies as part of an integrated multidisciplinary development projects
• Ability to lead and present conclusions of technical studies internally and externally
Required qualifications :
• BSc in Geology or Geophysicist. MSc is preffered.
• Familiar with the industry geoscience standard software such as Landmark.
• 7+ years related working experience
• Presently have hands-on experience in the construction of geoscience related reservoir models using standard industry software such as Petrel and /or RMS
• Must be fully versatile in depositional systems and their analysis
• Have resource and reserve evaluation experience
• Must have a working detailed knowledge of petrophysics especially related to clastic environments
• Ability to correlate reservoir geostatistics and its use in facies models and its relation to petrophysical models leading to the optimization of drilling location and estimation of hydrocarbons in place
• Landmark based, seismic interpretation skills and other industry standard geoscience software packages
3. NEW VENTURES GEOSCIENTIST
The successful candidates will initially be assigned to the Jakarta office where they will be a member of a multi discipline New Ventures Exploration team to explore oil and gas potential in Indonesia.
The primary responsibilities of the positions include:
• Ability to conduct a systematic geological studies from the early stage of identifying hydrocarbon exploration potential to the execution of a technical program including data gathering, technical review and risk assessment, management presentation and recommendations.
• Network with the oil and gas industry to identify farm in opportunities.
• Represent the company in bid tenders including the formation of joint ventures, negotiations, and technical presentations.
Required qualifications:
• BSc in Geology or Geophysicist. MSc is proffered.
• 7+ year Indonesia experience (prospect generation and play evaluation)
• Landmark based, seismic interpretation skills and other industry standard geoscience software packages
• Must be fluent in hydrocarbon system analysis with emphasis on geochemistry, structure, and depositional sequences.
• Understand risk and economics
• Specific experience in eastern Indonesia is a plus

4. OPERATOR
BASIC PURPOSE:
Reports to the Operation Supervisor. Responsible for Gas Plant Operation and all associated activities to meet company core value, ensure safely and environmentally manner and also to optimize Central Gas Plant availability at all times.
Responsible for controlling abnormal situation, managing process operation through Distributed Control System, Process Chemistry understanding, Alarm & Shutdown system managements.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Requirement:
Education: Min. D3 in Engineering
Experiences: Min. of 5-10 years experience in Oil and Gas plant Operation, including utilities plant operations.
Computer Literate: Familiar with MS.Office application, internet.
English: Fluent
Indonesian: Fluent
Soft Skills:
• Communication skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Cultural tolerance.
• Persistence and focus.
Technical Skills and/or Other Requirement:
• Understand the basic engineering process.
• Understand process plant P&I diagram, PFD, process logic control and Logic shutdown system
• Familiar with ESD/EDP system, PSV’s system and other plant safety equipment system.
• Understand interrelationship among various process parameters.
• Familiar with HSEMS, SSPM, and A&OI.
