Admin & Storage Clerk


Responsibilities:

* To perform routine storage entry & provide administrative intake.
* To be fully aware of time schedule & report to Group Leader/Supervisor
* To fully complete all worksheets, data forms and administrative forms legibly and to maintain all worksheets, data forms and administrative form in the appropriate location.
* To work as a member of the laboratory team and keep effective communication.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Computer, Administration Skill.
* Preferred skill(s): Storage/Warehouse Management Skill.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
* Contract positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
