Our Client, Oil & Gas Services company is searching for several positions as follow;

Training Superintendent

- Minimum S1 from any discipline
- At least 5 ( five ) years experience in training for oil & gas company
- Good English & Computer Literate
- Review existing project training programs at mining and other sites
- Develop a new training program for company to include :
1. Induction Training
2. Specific equipment training
3. Mechanical and service training
4. Stores training
5. Administration and commercial training
6. Security training
7. Community Relations Training
8. Electrical, welding, tyre training
9. Emergency training – fire, medical evac, etc

- Develop and maintain employee skill data base (matrix)
- Look to improve the Training Programs at all times
- Manage the central Training and Safety library in Balikpapan
- Liase with Project managers to identify training requirements
- Assist in the introduction of the new training program at each project
- Develop and run a ‘train the trainer” program in Balikpapan
- Produce monthly reports for records and management purpose
- Assist in the forecasting of future training requirements
- Monitor industry training activity and directions
