Our company was established more than a quarter of a century ago. Today we are a well established homegrown company with an excellent track record locally and internationally in Turkey construction of oil & gas platforms and similar facilities.

We are looking for fresh and experienced professionals to join our team to cater for our growth and expansion including being involved with current contracts outside Indonesia. Fresh graduates (S1) will be offered to join our comprehensive Management Trainee Programs whilst those with the relevant experience will be assigned to positions commensurate with their respective background.

The candidates we are looking for must be a graduate of good academic standing from a recognized university with good communication and leadership qualities. A good command of English is an obvious advantage.

Successful candidates must be prepared to travel (including offshore) and be stationed in Cilegon, Kalimantan or anywhere within the Nusantara or abroad.

Our Management Trainee Program shall be for a period of up to one year. During this period the Trainees will be exposed to various aspects of company operations.

The company reserves the right to offer permanent positions to candidates whose performance meet the standards set by the company (subject to availability of positions) at end of the training period.

We prefer professionals from the following disciplines:
i. Mechanical Engineering
ii. Civil/Structural Engineering
iii. Electrical and Electronic Engineering
iv. Industrial Engineering
v. Materials or Metallurgical Engineering
vi. Engineering / Applied Physics
vii. Offshore Engineering
viii. Naval Architecture
ix. Public Health (Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat - SKM) & Environmental Engineering

HSE TRAINER

- Support the head HSE School in the planning and management of the overall training activities for the HSE School,
- Deliver trainings on HSE subject areas mandated by Statutory and corporate requirements in both English & Bahasa,
- Review, update and ensure overall effectiveness of HSE School programs,
- Lead a team of training executives / trainers by providing them with a clear achievable goal,
- Prepare training material, documentation and related ID,
- Administrative function,
- Conduct Safety induction for new hire / rehire, client, vendor, subcontractor, apprentice personnel,
- Deliver Safety induction for Expatriate.

• A Degree holder with at least 4-5 years of HSE experience,
• Successful track record of in managing a support unit and team,
• Plans, organizes and executes activities and project well & in advance,
• Works in systematic, methodical and orderly way,
• Sets high standards for quality,
• Capable to communicate in English,
• Good skill in computer operation.
