Job Description:
• Knowledge of construction accounting.

• Review and analyze costs charged to project.

Requirements:
• Essential : Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Desirable : Professional qualification (CPA / CA / ACCA).
• At least 10 years experience working as an accountant in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in interpreting contract commercial terms.
• Strong communication skill, both in English and Indonesian.
• Successful candidate should possess strong interpersonal skill, have the ability to work in a team, be self motivated, independent, familiar with working under pressure, interact with senior managers & customer and have leadership qualities.

Tangguh LNG Project, approved in Q1-2005, is one of the most complex projects in BP’s portfolio and is one of the 5 major New Profit Centres in BPs growth strategy. The development involves tapping offshore gas fields, with proven resources of 14.4 tcf, and producing liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the Bintuni Bay area of the province of Papua (formerly called Irian Jaya).

The Tangguh LNG Facilities will comprise two offshore production platforms linked by two sub-sea pipelines to an onshore LNG Facility which is being constructed on a greenfield site on the south shore of Bintuni Bay in Papua. This location provides good sea access, stable soils and ample area for future expansion. The LNG plant will be a complete grassroots development including all ancillary facilities required to be self-supporting. Two liquefaction trains will be constructed initially, with each train having LNG production capacity of 3.8 mtpa. Storage and loading facilities will be provided for export of LNG and gas condensate products by marine tankers. Utility systems providing electricity, steam, water, and other plant needs will be constructed to meet daily plant requirements.

1. Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be accountable to set up and coordinate mechanical engineering activities and ensure that the facility is safe, highly reliable and well-maintained. In addition, you will need to review any mechanical acceptance test/installation/safety aspects and its integration in the mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;

2. Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years experience in technical/engineering or operation of LNG plants and/or similar processing plant; Proven mastery skill in the process engineering area;

3. Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Chemical/Petroleum Engineering;
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with at least 10 years experience in technical/engineering or operation of LNG plants and/or similar processing plant; Proven mastery skill in the process engineering area;

4. Rotating Equipment Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the Rotating Equipment Engineer Technical Authority, your primary responsibility is to provide engineering support for all rotating equipment for all phases from Construction, Commissioning, Start Up and Handover to Operation. This will include, but not limited to, giving assurance that the installation and startup of the rotating machinery are in compliance with the project requirements, develop a long term maintenance strategy for refrigeration compressors and gas turbine drivers as well as delivery of a negotiated Long Term Service Agreement to implement the strategy.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in all applicable rotating equipments;
• Proven technical background on all rotating equipment design, installation and operation; experience in rotor dynamic analysis, vibration analysis, alignment techniques, basic material selection as well as field and in-shop balancing;

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience;
• Proven technical background of Integrity Management delivery in an upstream, downstream or petrochemical industry with a multi-disciplinary exposure; Extensive discipline networks with the communities;
• Experience in using technical standards, assessment and mitigation for design assurance activities; Proven track record on plant availability, reliability, inspection, maintenance and planning to achieve the integrity;

7. LNG Marine Superintendent Assistant

Accountabilities:
• Understudy all aspects of the LNG Marine Superintendents position;
• Assisting in development of SO&ST operating policy and procedures;
• Monitor operating standards on board to Charterers requirements
• Monitor vessel performance including customer feedback, SIRE, PSC findings and optimization
• Assist with investigating any incidents/near misses/trends
• Keep abreast of changes to legislation, developments in technology and industry best practice
• Assist/undertake compatibility studies
• Assist with the preparation for all Nautical service contracts
• Assist with maintaining Shipyard supervision, visits and inspections on a regular basis
• Assist sales operations team with scheduling as required
• Assist with chartering in and out LNG vessels

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years shipping experience, including recent operational tanker experience in a senior capacity as a Deck Officer (LNG preferred);
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems and industry best practice.
• Minimum Deck Officer Class 2 Certificate of Competency or degree in marine related discipline.
• Experience of working with different cultures.
• Previous shore experience in similar role advantageous.

8. LNG Technical Support Assistant

Accountabilities:
• Be responsible for understudying all roles within the shipping team.
• Assist marine supt with compatibility studies, cargo and marine issues.
• Assist tech superintendent with all technical aspects of the vessels operations.
• Assist the shipyard superintendent with operational and technical issues regarding vessels design and performance.
• Assist the shipping analyst with the shipping database input and vessel performance monitoring.
• Develop knowledge of the technical and commercial operation of the Tangguh LNG vessels.
• Act as cover for any of the shipping roles when necessary.
• Provide 24 hour emergency cover/response as necessary.
• Assist with report writing, data collection, vessel inspections etc as required.

Requirements:
• Shipping experience, including recent operational tanker experience as an officer.
• Familiarity with Safety Management Systems, industry best practice and their application to shipping, Certificate of Competency (deck or engine) or degree in marine related discipline.
• Experience of working with different cultures.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
