LEGAL ASSISTANT

Requirement:
1. Diploma III or Bachelor Graduate in Law from Top University in Indonesia;
2. Have 2 years experience preferably from Law Firm;

4. Proficient in English is a MUST, both spoken and written;

ASSOCIATE INVESTMENT OFFICER - OIL & GAS, MINING AND CHEMICALS

Duties and Accountabilities
• Promote IFC s business development efforts through a systematic regional company/sector research and analysis of new investment opportunities.
• Establish and maintain quality client relationships with the Oil & Gas, Mining and Chemicals sector throughout East Asia Pacific region to ensure responsive client service and to develop and enhance new business opportunities.
• Conduct industry and market research and assist in IFC s business development efforts.

Selection Criteria
• Preferably MBA or equivalent degree with specialization in finance, accounting, economics or a related field;
• At least 4-6 years experience of investment portfolio and new business development in a financial institution or equivalent in an Oil& Gas, Mining or Chemicals company with a proven track record;
• Strong financial, analytical and modeling solving skills, sound business judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions;
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Mining or Chemicals sector a plus;
• Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams, across boundaries, and a regional scope;
• Commitment to economic development in emerging markets;
• Strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and new ideas;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written;

Geophysicist or Senior Geophysicist (Code: Geoph)


Position requirement
• A BSc degree in Geophysics or Geology is required and a Masters degree in the same field would be an advantage. You should also have a minimum 3 years of industrial experience for the Geophysicist position or a minimum of 7 years experience for the Senior Geophysicist position from an Oil & Gas Operator.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret 3-D and 2-D seismic data using an industry workstation software. At Anadarko in Indonesia we employ Paradigm s EarthseisXV, Voxelgeo, Landmark s Seisworks and our preferred mapping package is Petrosys. Additional experience in seismic attribute analysis such as AVO, an understanding of reserve determination and petroleum economics would also be distinct advantages. Fluency in standard PC software is expected.

You must possess effective communication, presentation and multi-disciplinary team working skills.

Position responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Exploration Manager your role will involve the interpretation, geological integration and mapping of 2-D and 3-D seismic datasets. The aim of which is to delineate hydrocarbon leads and prospects within a concession area, helping to build peer reviewed prospect inventories. The Senior Geophysical role in particular will demand a motivated individual, who requires limited supervision and is prospect generator.

You will be expected to work and interact with fellow exploration geoscientists and other groups within the company, both in Jakarta and our senior technical specialists based at our headquarters in Houston, Texas. On occasion you may be asked to travel internationally.

Position requirements

A University degree in Engineering or related discipline is a prerequisite. You should have minimum 10 years experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil Industry in position related to Logistic, Material Management, Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving, Regulatory Import Export of Oil Business related Material and Equipment.

You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills. Previous coaching experience is a plus and you have to be capable to organize your job autonomously according to the requirements of ongoing operations.

Position responsibilities

You will be expected to master Material Coding: using Company Material Management System, to have knowledge of oilfield goods import-export process, and to expedite process of the Master List in all the different stages. This position is based in Jakarta.

Your role will involve daily monitoring & reports of material inventory and the daily field activity to update material inventory of Company. Your skills must include Rental Equipment Management, Explosives, Radioactive Permissions, Safety Management, and Material Data Sheet. Your capability to conduct auditing process and warehouse management, Material Transfer procedures between PSC, and Transportation issues including safety via sea, air and land is required.
