Goverment Relation
Major Responsibilities:
* To promote and maintain healthy work relations with the stakeholders which include Energy and Mining Department, MIGAS, BPMigas, Pertamina and other PSC.
* Be responsible for handling and monitoring the activities of and implementation of Government Relations programs in order to improve & promote the good image of the company, in line with internal regulations & approval process in Pertamina, BPMigas, MIGAS & Ministry ESDM for POD, WP&B and AFE.
* Build resourceful network with government and business related parties.
* Maintain good relation with government and business related parties.
* Become main contact person to bridge the company with government.

Requirement:

* The incumbent shall be Indonesian National, has a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable University. Preferably degree in Petroleum, Geology or Petrochemichal
* Minimum 5 years work experience in Government Relations or Public Affairs in oil & gas industry.
* Proficiency in English writing and spoken language
* Good communicator, possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Sr. Senior Structural Engineer

Job Requirements:
• Possess recognized degree in Civil or Structural Engineer.
• 10 to 15 years experience in Structural analysis and design in Oil and Gas industry offshore platforms
• Preferably experience in the use of SACS Software for the design of offshore structures
• Experience in both green and brown field will be advantage
• Should possess good communication skills in English language.
• Should hold Indonesia citizenships and ready to be placed in Jakarta or Balikpapan
• Should be able to work effectively in team, maintain good quality of work, and possess good analytical skills in problem solving.

Development Geologist

NATURE AND SCOPE
Independent contributor that initially play a general role in interpreting and integrating geological subsurface data to support more senior geoscientist in the development of hydrocarbon deposits.

Managing subsurface geological data as part of the subsurface hydrocarbon potential evaluation.

Part of the team on projects/ and assignments ranging from small to large sized projects.

Integrate with team members from other disciplines as well as with specialists in geosciences fields and on occasions, go to the well site and undertake the duties of a well site geologist.

Conduct technical presentations to supervisors and managers.

JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors in Geology with a minimum overall GPA 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Have 2 + years professional experience in the area of subsurface geology.
• Understanding in geosciences mapping and volumetric, geology and seismic stratigraphy, seismic interpretation.
• Formation evaluation including electric log data planning, acquisition and interpretation
• Integration of petrophysical logging, mudlogging and core data
• Fluency in the use of geoscience application tools (Landmark)
• Competency in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to work with a mentor, a team, and as an independent contributor
• High level of initiative, energy and creativity & willingness to accept responsibility
• Analytical skills with a practical approach to problem solving
