Vacancy at Petrosea

We are currently taking applicants for the following Jakarta & Project based positions:

1. Senior Mining Engineer
2. Mine Planning Engineer
3. Production Superintendent
4. Mining Superintendent


· Minimum 5 years experience in mining industries (open cut mining).
· Familiar using software mine planning (minescape & surface modeling system).
· Have understanding & experience in scope of heavy equipment, slope stability, and dewatering/pumping.
· Have understanding environmental & mine safety.

5. Electrical Engineer

· 5 years experience in general electrical engineering.
· Strong back ground on Engineering for Service and Infrastructure of Mining or Industries.
· Have understanding & experience with all stages of plant design, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
· Familiar with Codes used in Electrical industrial areas such as PUIL, IEC, NEC, AS/New Zealand etc.
· Familiar with Electrical Engineering Software such as ETAP, SKM, EDSA etc. will be an advantage.
· Have understanding of CAD or Microstation.

6. Mechanical Engineer
· 5 years experience in general mechanical engineering.
· Strong back ground on Engineering for Service and Infrastructure of Mining or Industries.

· Have understanding & experience with all stages of plant design, testing, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
· Familiar with Code such as ASME, API, TEMA, AS Standard etc.
· Have familiar with Engineering Software such as PV-Elite, CAESAR etc. will be an advantage.
· Have understanding of CAD or Microstation.

7. Senior Business Analyst – MINING

· Degree in Engineering (Mining Engineering degree are preferred, but not essential) from a recognized university. Overseas MBA or equivalent Master Degree would be an advantage.
· Minimum 5 years business analyst or related work experience, preferably within mining industry.
· Accountable for special projects.

Responsibilities:

· Mining Market analysis. (eg size, growth, threats, competitors, external threats, cost drivers, innovation, strategy): Develop clear/accurate and up to date reports on the mining industry the Company operates in. Reports to identify all Key indicators that could impact out business key indicators.
· Benchmarking: Develop benchmarking of the Company performance against peers and competitors within mining industry.
· Business Improvement: Assist Mining Business line GM – implement identified business improvement initiatives.
· Investment assessment and modeling: Develop detailed financial models, including sensitivity analysis on potential mining investments and Assist with acquisition reviews, due diligence on M&A opportunities.

General requirement for all positions:

1. Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2. Team oriented, self motivated and ability to priorities work.
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization.
4. Willingness to travel to work at sites

Facilites Supervisor

Responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of suitable buildings, offices, equipment and services for company business to be conducted in Indonesia. To provide preventative and repair maintenance provision on all applicable equipment and premises. Engage in future facility planning and rationalization plans as changes to business structure occur. Ensure compliance with local and national regulations/laws regarding facility operations.

Qualifications Required:
• Previous company relocation projects.
• Experience of facilities supervision/management for an office and workshop based company.
• Knowledge of local contractor base.
• Understanding of local and national laws/regulations regarding facility operation.
• 5 years experience in facilities management/supervision for a large multi site organisation.
• Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.

Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of activities relating to the provision and maintenance of company buildings, offices and equipment under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications Required:
• Facilities co-ordination experience for an office and workshop based company.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities co-ordination role.

General requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software and strong skills in MS Office, AutoCAD and VISIO.
• Ability to communicate with people at all level, work to tight deadline, and to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
