Vacancy as Operation Manager

MULTINATIONAL OIL , GAS & CHEMICAL STORAGE / TANKING COMPANY URGENTLY REQUIRE

OPERATIONS MANAGER
(STORAGE,LOGISTICS,TANKING)

Our Client is one of the leading foreign based oil storage partners for oils, chemicals, and gases. They own and operate 63 terminals in 20 countries with a total storage capacity of more than 14.5 million cubic meters.

Currently they are seeking for highly qualified senior professional to lead the Operation team as OPERATION MANAGER.

Operations Manager Oil Storage & Tanking

Responsibilities:
* To check and ensure that all activities on the terminal are compliance with the proper procedures in the terminal
* To assist the shift leader in the preparation and endorsement of shipping documents.
* To attend regular fire-fighting and pollution fighting training
* Responsible for on the job safety at all times.
* Build up, train and coach the operations team, shift leaders and technicians that will run the new terminal in Merak.
* Manage and maintain the oil terminal to meet the Quality and Safety standards set by the Management.
* Define and optimize the terminal operations to achieve maximum efficiency and profitability for the Company.
* Prepare and presents budgets and reports to the Terminal Manager as requested.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial)
* Age between 30 – 45 years.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this role
* A detailed knowledge of tank terminals and their operation (Jetty, Tank Truck Loading Bay, Tank Farm, Control Room, Management)
* Familiar with international standards (ISO, OSHAS, API, API MPMS, NFPA, ASTM, etc)
* Fluent in English and Bahasa written and spoken.
